Why should I order from Sunhigh?
We have a vast range of quality household textiles and hosiery at the most competitive prices. Our products are constantly refreshed and we often offer one off clearance items at special prices. Deliiveries are trackable, fast and hassle free.
What happens once I have placed my order?
As soon as your order is received it will be despatched from our Manchester warehouse and a confirmation email will be sent. We process orders within 48 hours Mon-Fri.
How do I pay for goods?
We currently use PayPal as our primary payment method. No sign up is necessary.
Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer or cheque. Goods will be despatched upon cleared funds.
How long does delivery take?
In most instances orders will be delivered win 2-3 working days.
Are there any UK or international addresses where delivery might take longer?
Yes, there are certain locations in theUKincluding, the Highlands, theChannel Islands. Remote areas both in the UK and internationally may take longer to deliver your order.
How do I redeem voucher codes?
Please just enter in the voucher code box when proceeding to checkout.
What if I want to return my goods?
We do not operate on a sale or return basis. For any faulty items please contact us to obtain return authorisation.

What happens if I am not present to accept my delivery?
For orders under a pallet the courier will notify you of the delivery date and time. You will be able to change this at your convenience directly with the courier. For pallet loads good will be booked in with you in advance.
Can I change the delivery address to something other than my registered address?
Please amend your delivery details at the time of checkout.
Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?
Bank Holidays are not classed as working days so we don't include these in our estimated delivery times. In this instance you should expect delivery on the next working day.
When you ship overseas do you combine postage charges / send items together?
Where possible we will collate all orders together to reduce shipping costs.
What email communications will I receive after placing my order?
Once you have completed your order you will receive the following communications:
Order Confirmation email - to confirm that your order has been received.
Payment Received - to confirm that your payment has been processed by PayPal.
Despatched email - to confirm that your order has been despatched.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
For security reasons, once an order has been placed we are unable to change the delivery address.

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us and we will endeavour to have the order removed from our system as a matter of urgency. Please note that this may not always be possible due to processing times and our commitment to a speedy dispatch from our warehouse.
